Sunday Youth Group Schedule

4:00 pm – Middle School Program (gr. 6-8) meets 

5:00 pm – Mass, followed by family potluck

6:45 pm – High School program (gr. 9-12) meets 

8:15 pm – end time; parent pick-up

Communication with the Youth and Families at Holy Cross 

In this time of busy-ness, we have found that many communication methods need to be used in order to reach our youth and families.  As our youth program has no Youth Minister on staff and is run by volunteers, we have found that the following ways are most efficient in communicating news about youth group activities:

 

Youth email:  youth@holy-cross-parish.com

 

 

Facebook:  Search for “Youth Group of Holy Cross Lake Stevens”

This is a closed group for members only.  Members must be approved by the group administrator (Annette Van Dyke) in order to view and post to the wall.

 

The following is required for consideration as a member of the Facebook group:

¨     Family must be registered with Holy Cross Parish

¨     Youth must be at least age 13 (per Facebook rules) and have a Facebook account. 

¨     Youth and parents must request to “friend” the group by either sending the administrator a message or sending a request to the Youth Group of Holy Cross Lake Stevens page.  The administrator may not initiate friend requests with the youth.

 

We do our best to adhere to the published calendar, but once in a while plans need to be changed.  Please check your email, the website or Facebook group frequently to keep up with any changes in gatherings and activities.  For emergencies or quick communication, we occasionally use texting (to those who indicate on the registration form that it is ok to do so) and make phone calls.
