The 2012 Holy Cross Potato crop will be ready for planting

This year we expect to plant 600 to 700 pounds of seed

In 2011 we harvested 600 pounds of potatoes
 a smaller crop than we had hoped for due to the weather.
These potatoes were distributed to food banks in our immediate area.
